I think if you invest a small amount in HYIP or cloudming tantamount will still lose. Why lose, because I think a small amount of profit you can get smaller and longer course to achieve ROI. And for too long you are exposed the scam before your ROI although the small amount I think it would be a little disturbing emotions. For me better stay away from such sites.
