You got the negative trust because of taking part in a ponzi scheme and then posting on their thread, there are senior members giving negative trust to the users doing such things, even if you just participate in them you will get flagged with red trust so be careful.
And i don't think you will find someone willing to sell a full member account with neutral trust in that amount, but still try to contact the people posting in auctions for selling their accounts.
