Am in the uk and i no for a fact theres people from north America  on there as a few of my investors  were american so not sure what the issue would b and on the offer i made u i understand if ur not willing but I am genuine guy who works full time have regular income would be willing to give u proof of I'd etc anyway sorry can't help with ur issue but ythink about my offer cheers
