Lol I think even though they are old age. it does not mean they do not mean or no longer useful. they are still able to work and create new innovations
Mostly at age of 45 specially if they are still working that age is on the rank of executive or CEO why he say that they're worthless? They still earning with a huge profit because of their experience.
