I will happy to accept bitcoin as my salary because I can cashout it anytime to my bank when needed or hold it for grow up my money.
Not all can be withdrawn that easily, some are offline during weekends, so better be ready before that and holidays. I dont think there is one yet that are payed though bitcoin.
No no one is offline on weekends, I sell my coins always on weekends and I find many traders on localbitcoins who transfer funds to my bank account instantly, so that is not an issue at all.
