Can't say anything about AMD GPUs.
My GTX960 is working fine with the sgminer. (hmq1725GeForce GTX 960gw256l4ku0)
What version of sgminer do you use?
I have a GTX 780 Ti and I barley get 150KH/s.
Did I mess something up? Whats your hashrate?
Can you upload your miner files to google drive or dropbox?

They just used the public Wolf0 sgminer (github).
this sgminer doesnt work under windows ..
