Re: OpenBazaar , a failure ?

Can't call OpenBazaar a failure when they haven't enabled TOR yet. For better or worse, commerce for normal (non-contraband) items is going to be one of Bitcoin's last major uses as it goes mainstream, not one of its first.

I've had some success using bitcoin to bypass capital controls in my country and shop online. I just used a debit card service powered by bitcoin to shop in regular online stores. There's no use for a decentralized marketplace if you're just using bitcoin out of need. I'm also a fan of bitcoin but this incentive to "decentralize everything" doesn't seem appealing with anything other than the currency itself.
