Copy paste is very #simple money for rise team. We hope you can do something original code.
Keep in mind that Lisk is a clone of Crypti. We are aiming to improve and build off that open source code you're speaking of, and yes, just like all other coins, we are developing original code from there. We are essentially doing the same thing as every other coin before us.
