However they only indicate 550MHz / 600MHz / 650MHz. Are those the only options or could I enter, say, 333 MHz ?

Phil, @ 400MHz how much hash rate do you get? Does underclocking gain you much more efficiency or just for a longer lifespan of your miner? I have a hard time convincing myself to sacrifice the hash power they were designed to deliver.
