Its really simple, if you only know what woman likes , in general woman likes modeling/clothing/cosmetic... etc you can encourage/motivate them that when they earn bitcoin they will be able to earn these stuff, and telling them they can earn bitcoin in there free time, am sure you will be able to get woman to use bitcoin in this way.
good point of view i also think that these way is the best to motivate women to use bitcoin , if someone proof it all to women then i am sure they will get interest in bitcoin .
