I am not sure about that. If the ETC is killed by the DAO hacker in the next few days, $20 could be for ETH.

I heard some bitcoin whales are moving to the ETC and want to pump the ETC to very high price. But that is just a rumour.

But if the ETC price is pumped by the bitcoin whales, then the price could drop a lot when they dump.

When the DAO hacker does not dump her/his coins, the ETC price might not drop a lot. People are move to ETC from bitcoin.

The purpose of the DAO hacker is to make money, so he will dump the ETC eventually. But he might do it secretly.
