yes you can buy anything for bitcoins now, both legal and illegal, as people sells everything for bitcoins now, you just have to find a right place to buy what you want or need
That's not entirely true, because not all the needs that we want it to be sold in the bitcoin, we can only buy stuff using bitcoin in items that have a standard price. So now if you want to get something more then we must exchange the bitcoin into fiat
