Why is over/under prediction so easy? Do you think you could maybe share your method with us? I try to bet over/under but I have received mixed results.

Yes, definitely, over/under is hard, but I'm just wondering why the OP said that over/under was easy for him. There must be a reason; perhaps he wins more than he loses and I'm wondering how he deducts his predictions.
I usually stick to ML, and sometimes handicap.
It's not really hard to predict over/under lines, if you are good enough to predict how each team scores and predict the outcome of the game. Yes, it requires analysis, but sometimes favored teams can be overperformed or can bring upset performances to reflect the game score.
