if I own 21 btc, then I will keep for 17 btc in my wallet, I will trade for 3 btc, I will buy vga cards and new pc for mining, and the rest for 2 btc 
Hold and trade would be nice, but not sure about mining these days. There is too much mining power concentrated in a few mining farms, where the cost of electricity seems to be really low.
