Anybody can explain what happened exactly with PD and what is the cause of this problem to lost access to my account, the list of question is just headache for me and it didn't make any sense, when that issue happened due to lost of some database which is mistake of developer, than why we have to send our personal info there?
It is very complicated issue with db.
Kinda made it hard for us to check ownership of some accounts. So that is why we ask those questions.
We already gave out huge amount in bonuses to try and compensate for the inconvenience and waiting.
We will try to make it up to you all after we sort out all accounts that were affected.
Me and developer have been working at this for 8 hours straight and sorted out a lot of users and gave out a lot of bonuses.

I am waiting quite a while (4 days) here for this thing to be solved ( not saying that you guys are slow but i know that is because some selfish peeps who created more than 10 tickets at once) .
