Input ia coin control. You need to put all your inputs into one address fpr the most amount of weight. There is no way to being CPU usage down other then closing the wallet. Trynuse an older computer if you need to use your main one for work and games. I'm using a laptop but soon I will setup and older PC to stake 24/7. Although I already stake almost 24/7 anyway I would like to use a dedicated machine and just leave it to run all day.
