For people confused where to create the .conf file, following this if you are using Windows.

1. On the keyboard, Press Windows and R together
2. Type appdata and click on OK
3. Open the Roaming folder
4. Open the Peepcoin folder
5. Create the .conf file  in this folder

For people who are worried that their wallet address keeps changing everytime they delete the Peepcoin folder and start fresh.

1. In the above folder, there will be a file called wallet.dat
2. Copy this file
3. Create a folder called Peepcoin wallet backup in the Desktop
3. Paste the wallet.dat file in the Peepcoin wallet backup folder
4. Now even if you delete the Peepcoin folder and re-create it, you can always replace the new wallet.dat with the backup wallet.dat file saved in the wallet backup folder
