Why is your forum for newbie? You said something about getting payed for post, i don't see how this is only for newbies, other members don't like money?
Can you give us more information about paying for activity?
OP stated that some members have been here so they build experience from here, and they won't be interested in his forum because of the time given in other forum or alike.
