Here is what I know from playing on this site.

I have found participating in the tournaments worthwhile.   I have won as much as 1 btc in them. However all tournament winnings whether comp points or BTC have playthroughs. I also had some exteremely big wins on their slots.

Withdrawals are said to be in 24 hours in their T&C, yet a support person told me they are done on Mon-wed-fri only.

Unlike every other freakin' btc casino in the known universe if not the 16 dimensions of M-theory, they do not withdrawal the funs from your general account when you make a withdrawal request.  The withdrawal funs can be played and lost before the withdrawal is processed. Wonder why withdrawals take so long?

But here is the real kicker which again was confirmed by the support.  The you request to have withdrawn is subject to be withheld by any bonus including comp point exchanges you make AFTER you request the withdrawal.   

Example: You deposit 100 mbtc then win and request a cashout of 1.5 BTC . While you are awaiting for the withdrawal to process (24 to 72 hours)you win 500 comp points in a tournament. You decide to cash them in for 50mbtc.  The 50 MBTC has a playthrough of 35x or 1.725 BTC.  You will not be able to withdrawal  the 1.5 BTC until you meet the playthrough.

DO they payout Yes I have gotten several payouts from them.  However, they have set up the withdrawal process to make it easy to lose your withdrawal funs.

If you win, log off and do not log back on until the withdrawal is complete.
