I don't buy ICOs as the risk is very high. I would rather pay a premium to buy the coin in the open market.
At least, I can assess the coin to see if it is worth investing. ICOs is risky as you are buying with your eyes closed.
Yeah and even then it's still risky. Check out the orderbook of Lisk right now. Some whale is putting a huge sell wall making people dump their LSK. It's very irresponsible of the whale.
Buying after ICO ended and listing of coins on a Exchange site its still risky. I bought Papaf coin after its relaese, it was just one day old and had good volume i thought it will go much higher than this, but when i bought that coins for almost .4btc it went down too quickly and now its worth only .004btc lol
