Based on bitmain installation guide:
Chip max temp 115
Board max temp 80
So:
The board max of 80 means shoot for under 75
The chip max of 115 means shoot for under 105
Probably true, but I wonder if 115C is just what silicon can safely handle.
It reminds me of Spondoolies Sp20 where 115C "on chip" was fine, 120 yellow, 125 red and throttling begun (automatically).
