I'm in desperate need for money right now. I need 3-5 BTC. I don't know what to do. I can't find a job because I have social anxiety. I have just 10 full member accounts in bitcointalk, that's it. I can sell it, maybe, but these accounts isn't even worth 1 BTC 
Its really sad to hear that you are going through this phase of your life and that is true that full member accounts will never give you that high amount but I don't understand why you need that high amount desperately?
No, because of loans or something like this not always need money, but at every stage of life we require some money in order to fulfill that, so for that rich people have their money and they do not need anything to do but to cash the cheque , while the poor search for someone to pay them some loan or they search for work to get that money.
