Still unauthorized access and just email asking to give last transaction id, no way in hell can I find that, so I guess account is gone forever, oh well lesson learned and bitcoin lost.

How would we possibly keep track of the last txid? I understand it's something unique for you guys to identify who is who, but that's pretty tough to keep track of -- especially, without a heads-up. I've provided other info the email asked for. Also, the one replying to the email has been great and very responsive. However, without a txid, what will happen? Ticket: 15670.

Go to your wallet and look at your latest PD transaction details. You should be able to find your deposit address if you don't already have it saved somewhere else. The tx id will be listed on the Blockchain Explorer.... in other words just go to blockchain.info and enter in your wallet address in the search bar to find your latest tx id.
