They absolutely will not give me a new address.  I have many emails to support and Ryan Hentz the representative insists that the fault is not on their end.  If there is an update, none was mentioned.  This is my entire transaction with them, if you can figure it out, I would appreciate it:

I have made numerous faucet requests(over a years time) that have been accepted through the website [Suspicious link removed]
But the wallet I have on your site is still empty. I have never received anything in this wallet. Where is the coin?

Hi,

No, the search I did showed coins have never been sent to it. It is a valid address. The place you are mining is causing your issue. All of our users have this long of an address and they are using the coin as its designed. Please research your coin more.
