Looks like dev is not satisfied after he dumped billions of coins in both the exchanges. He wants more and is selling again but does not want to continue developing the coin?
I too haven't received the free coins yet. But does it really matter at this stage? I have seen pump and dump coins, but dump only coin?
Its better if community can take over the coin and start fresh.
