For a moment lets assume Uphold does succeed, which I doubt, but if it does, how exactly does that benefit Voxelus? They promised you during the ico that the only crypto Uphold will support other than Bitcoin will be Voxels, but they are already supporting Eth and Ltc so it is already a scam in my opinion (blatant lies to sell their ico) I'm pretty sure this will mean legal trouble for them sometime in the future when enough people realise this.

The same is likely to happen with Voxels. What makes you think they will only accept Voxels as a payment token for items sold on Voxelus? How can you trust them after they already scammed you with the Uphold promise?
