After creating a Support Ticket, I've received a list with questions to get access again to my account.
Apparently my password is not enough. Does that mean the passwords got compromised? Or did break something in the database? I'm curious: what happened?
Password does not help us since all passwords are hashed and we cant see them.
A password can be converted into the hash, which is what always happened when I logged in. So my main question was: what happened to the database that my password is no longer enough to access my account?
We will come to it . We don't have many accounts left.
This was 2 days ago, what's the status now?

It would be kinda irresponsible from us to ask users for theirs passwrods. You may be using that password somewhere else to so... yeah.
Today i woke up to see one guy sending 73 tickets from multiple fake usernames. All this slows things down a lot.
We are working as fast as we can and we will be including bigger bonuses for people who waited longer.
Very sorry for this i hope we will be able to sort almost all of the accounts in the next 48 hours.
