I am using Burst Client for Win v0.3 (for Burst Wallet 1.2.4)
You should update to
v0.3.3 or later and resync your blockchain. It is an improved version with a couple of bugs killed and improved sync time. It should solve your problems. Remember to report bugs as fast as possible if any occur.
