The guy is refunding bids before he launches back the official platform this is such a respectable move because most scammers would just transfer the old balance to the website forcing people to re-use their bids.
He is clearly working hard on making things happen and the platform should be ready by tomorrow. I believe the dev has his own day job too. He is doing an amazing job so far, very transparent.
