Every service/coin or any other thing has its pros and cons, so is bitcoin too.

What is a big problem using bitcoin is that we should wait for many minutes or hours to get enough confirmation to be safe that the funds has been sent or received and there is no chargeback chance.

Bitcoin needs to have bigger blocks and needs to be integrated in more services/markets so people can use it more.
