Until it's proven that dumbass whale is no longer in possession of such a large percentage of lisk, lisk goes nowhere. No one wants to be on the "rocket" with such a boob at the wheel, because it will crash, and fucking burn.
Unless the whale pumps the price by himself, no smaller whales will help him pump the price, because smaller whales will be dumped by the 4M whale.
