Are you sure there are some casino apps on Playstore? Which casino you are talking about? AFAIK apps that related to real gambling are not allowed on playstore.

In doubt that Apple will allow gamble sites on their app store because kids use their store all the time and they can easily download and play it then get into more trouble from their parents from the use of their credit card for gambling. Undecided

Apple apps store is PG anyways. No porn or 19+ material on their and gambling would fall into that category.
As of now never seen any gambling apps in apple and android .. I think they are giving apps directly from the gambling site. like playtodos..
But in any store or apple store there is no gambling apps there..
