He paid 500$ for insider tip so he probably bet like 600-700$ depends if he have buyers for insider than he could bet even more

Probably he goes all in for the insider tip. He have had not a single loss with games with information regarding the result. It means it is a fixed game and chances to be a win are 99.9999% and I am not saying 100% only because a few times the presidents between both clubs have changed the bet during half time break. Luckily it never happened here and I wish OP that it never happens. I am sure it will continue to be wins these tips if OP buys them from the same source. I would go all in if I had such information too.
