you are right, there are professionals who help with that in my opinion, and you might need to seek their help then as i doubt there are any other ways
Professionals should be your last option if your family cannot help you in your problem, I believe majority of the gamblers have the same problem as your but they are able to solve it by being honest to your self and accept that you need help with our serious gambling addiction.
