Nobody really knows for sure why these trolls troll here constantly. I think Icetroll works for the government, or certainly is paid by someone like the government, ariel is too dumb, but could be getting paid for his/wanna be her posts, and Dalanar or however it's spelled, is a poor mislead sap that has hung by their coat tails. There are so many more, and they're probably sock puppets of only a few people.
I don't think the government knows or cares about us. They are not known for subtlety. They'd just use a National Security Letter to retroactively classify everything and issue secret gag orders. I think these clowns are just folks who are jealous and can't stand the thought that Dash might actually be a good thing!
