Buy at your own risk...niantic is banning all accounts that used 3rd party, even if you botted judt for 1 minute you will get banned slowly.
this is hacked accounts, not botted.
If that is hacked accounts, you are not aware of the experience made of that account.
For reference you can post some images of that Level 20+ or Level 25+ accounts and let's see the Pokemon list together with the CP.
It's easy to check if the account experienced bot or not.
