When it's getting dark outside, the sun is moving away from you.

When it's getting light outside, the sun is moving towards you.

The sun never "rises" or "sets". The "law of perspective" makes it appear that the sun is going up at dawn or or going down dusk, but in reality it's just moving closer towards you or moving further away from you.

Don't be a BADecker or a Gimpeline.

You are really trying to say that the sun is like a flashlight, that focuses a spread out beam that only illuminates part of the earth at a time, just like the flashlight you use outside at night, only illuminates part of the sidewalk you are walking on, right?

Cool
