Don't many discounted gift card sellers end up to be doing some kind of fraud with the cards themselves (stolen, hacked, illegally obtained, etc.)? The fact that, from your FAQ:


just makes me feel even more like you're just accepting non-reversible payments so that a scammed payment cannot be reversed. I would certainly want to be proven wrong though.
