As a tester I can confirm that. Sasha has also distributed the tester-bounties today. If the network stays stable for a few days Sasha will initiate the next phase: Waves hacking contest. There will be huge bounties if you succeed breaking the network.
Node has been running stable since the last update, if there are no major errors in the next weeks while bounties are released for bug finding id assume the node will get released.
