It seems he refuses to refund my purchases or my gift card from over 1 month ago and has not provided a transaction ID of the supposed refund he said he sent.

Honestly, your the one who looks like a scammer right now. He has asked you to provide the tx ID of the refund transaction multiple times, and avoiding that question doesn't help. Showing the transaction ID of the refund has nothing to do with sending a refund multiple times. Also, his negative trust is involving something else. lolgato/Marocdm, what was the address that the refund was supposed to be sent to?

How are your gift cards obtained? Are they carded, stolen or hacked?
