A day after support ticket still no response except the automated message that they received the ticket

* I see. Sorry to hear that. It's really frustrating when companies like these suddenly ignores client's issues and basically doesn't even reply.
* I hope this gets resolved.
* Have you tried calling them thru QQ Messenger? They seem to have a QQ number posted on their site.
