Wtf, why...? you want it dead and move miners, than say so smaller pools aren't having the same Fork issues that Ninja and the other top 3 have. Smaller pools are based on using Uray's Code and do fine. Mine and some others add there customized versions too.

It could be that the smaller Pools are not having Fork issues because the are smaller and not because of Uray's code? ninja used to be fine some months ago.
