Do you mean multi-campaign? Like having secondstrade for signature and something else as avatar and something other else as personal text? If so, then it is allowed, secondstrade didn't restrict you from following other campaign's avatar.

But if you mean multi-account as two or more account owned by same man, i don't think that is fair and allowed, though it is quite hard to know for sure which account is whose.
