No Top 4 was paid in their account and after checking that they didn't cheat they will be able to withdraw.
So it is your new site? Just curious why you announce it after the 2btc freeroll ended. Sounds a bit fishy to me tbh, hope the winners from the 2btc freeroll are member of bitcointalk forum so they can confirm that they receive the prizes.
