I sent them an add coin request and they added it later that day.  I didn't realize you had talked to them first.   

This site seems small and the exchange seems new and not very user friendly.  If we try to use this exchange and send them feedback on how they can make it better, it might actually become decent.  The loan and interest earning options are very interesting, and could work well with HYP.  Now we just need a few buy orders and some trades to make it an active market.
