From the technical point of view you are right. But that was never much of an issue with bitcoin anyway. The problem are people who are scared of new creations.
They treat bitcoin as house of cards which can collapse at any moment, not like serious economic force and one of the most valuable assets you can own right now.
Educate people, change their mentality and we will have rock solid crypto economic ecosystem.
