Here's my trick, follow the people that you want to get followed by. For example, you want to make the user Bitcoin_BTC0123 as your new follower, go and follow him. Wait for a day or two, and see if he follows back. Most twitter users follow back because they want to increase their followers as well. If he didn't follow back, then it's okay, you can try and follow other people. There are thousands of account out there that always follows back and are crypto-related. Hope my little trick helps.
