If you send first and wait 24hrs for payment I will take it. You have no trust here and are brand new. The chances this card is legit is from slim to none. You can also post a photo of the card "you bought but don't want" with a few number blanked out and a piece of paper with your user name next to it. That might help a little.
He keeps on saying he won't go first, because paypal protects you
. So best as well leave this carder or maybe scammer alone as he doesn't want to go first.I would have bought it for $75
