Whatever the truth is, It was soo stupid for you to send 13 BTC to someone your never knew. And then coming to bitcointalk and asking for help will not do any good at least from this account which has trust issues. Maybe you could have got some sympathy if you had created a new account and asked for help. Nevermind, sympathy will not get your money back. New lesson learnt! Be careful next time.
