In the buyer's perspective, the big problem with bitcoin is the anonymity and the inability to revert the payment. Once he sends the payment, he can never get it again nor can he cancel it. The same thing applies when he sends it to a wrong address

I have always been saying that the irreversibility of payments is a big potential problem that may have yet to show its ugly face in the future. I understand that it may be hard (if possible at all) to implement something like a grace period (during which the transaction can be revoked, with a default timeout of 0), but no public entity will ever want to do anything with a system which doesn't allow to revoke payments...

This essentially means that Bitcoin will never be a part of public finances

You are lucky you have 2! It's my dream any store in my town accepts Bitcoin and my town is the capital of the largest country in Europe (Ukraine, yeah it's funny, just learned this yesterday  Smiley  )
